This was the first home that my wife and I purchased together. We were very nervous and unsure about the process, especially true given the state of the market, and we feared that we would be unable to find our dreams home. In the end, they were able to secure us our dream home, and were able to knock off thousands of dollars with a masterful plan to reduce the mortgage rate to a very low percentage given the market. !! We recently purchased our first home and we wouldn’t have been able to do so without the Perrault group. From start to finish, Michael and Stephanie were absolutely amazing. Michael and his team took their time to get know what we needed and wanted from our first home. Including the fact that we had an apartment lease about to expire and our first baby girl on the way! Within the first week of working with Perrault group we had showings, and found our dream home. We immediately put an offer in. With Michael’s guidance, we were able to secure an acceptance from the seller in less than 24 hours for BELOW asking price AND had them cancel the open house. As we we know in real estate there could be many unexpected hurdles that arise. Unfortunately, we experienced one of them. The HOA and property management budget had a few issues that would make being approved for a mortgage impossible. Michael and his team educated us, fought tirelessly and made the impossible happen. They were able to convince the HOA and property management group to hold a board meeting to revise their budget and make the budget correct. My family and I have been using them as our realtors for a number of sales/buys in the last few years. They sold our house in our timeframe and at a record sales for the community. They did the research to price it right. They made recommendations on small items that go a long way for the buyers. The open house was well executed with a great turnout. My husband knew Mike through a mutual friend and reached out to him once we were ready to start the process of buying our home. We are expecting our first child and were renting at the time with 3 months left in our lease. The first time we met Mike and Stephanie at a listing, we knew right away that we were in good hands with them. Fast forward to when the perfect listing showed up below our budget - this is where Mike and Stephanie did what we thought was truly impossible. They called the listing agent right away and got us in for the very first showing. We knew this was the house for us and that if we didn't act quickly, we would lose it to one of the (many) other interested buyers. Mike and Steph coached us on all aspects of the offer, making sure we understood and were comfortable with each of the terms, while also making sure our offer would stand out. Now that we have closed, Mike and Steph are still in touch with us helping us to set-up appointments with plumbers, handymen, etc. as we work to get this house in perfect condition. We will be forever grateful for all their hard work and dedication to get us into the perfect home for our growing family!
